Dear sir / mam,
I placed an order for ICICI PRUDENTIAL COMMODITIES FUND DIRECT PLAN GROWTH and SBI PSU FUND - DIRECT PLAN - GROWTH on 5th Sep 2024. The SIP date was selected as 5th Sep. The order was confirmed. (IDs 1063277,1063275)
However, the order is not processed and no SIP amount deducted. When I checked the portal it is reflecting as N/A and SIP pending.
I am not able to understand what is happening as this is supposed to be a very simple thing.
Request you to check the issue and start the SIP from this (Sep)month.
I have a feeling that Fyers Direct portal is not managed properly and needs attention.
