ORA:Exchange NFO Not Enabled For Account XR40591 Or No PCode If Its NRI Account !!

I am getting this above message every time I am trying to do options trading.

Initially, I was instructed to enable all my segments by adding an income proof which I later did.

Right now when I tried doing my options trade, I am still facing the same issue.

How do I go ahead and solve this?
