Not able to redeem SBI mutual fund

Hi,

I bought SBI Liquid fund couple of weeks back. Now I try to redeem it, I am not able to redeem it through Fyers and status shows as rejected. It has no folio number too. Where is the money gone ? How can I redeem it ?
