I see my balance goes to nagative every month

I am in general an infrequent visitor to the app. I invest in the first week of every month and generally only return the next month for investment again.

Lately, I observe that my balance is negative every time I visit.

I did't even have the sell transactions the last time. Your ledger is not helpful in understanding what is leading to negative balance. It just says a bill entry for an amount greater than my balance and shows a negative balance

I saw the negative balance the previous time too, but I assumed it was due to the SELL transactions in the prior month (I don't really know why balance should go negative even if I sell. I use Groww. They do not allow cost + charges to go beyond the available amount. I don't remember using negative balance with Groww at all)

To dig deeper, I checked my last session purchases. The following are the details

Date: 18-Jul-2025

Purchase total: 9992.9

Ledger shows transactions worth 10,039.65. I don't know how that is calculated

The order being placed always prompts if the balance is enough for order and additional charges. It doesn't allow purchase on insufficient balance. How is the balance still going negative?

Even if I consider that you have levied a charge for equity delivery (which is 0.3% of the purchased value), the amount should be Rs 10,023/-. How is it 10,039.65/- ?

Why isn't it made easy for customers to stay within the balance while placing the order itself?

I even tried checking the last time. The negative balance is updated only after a couple of days. Not immediately

Is there some account setting that allows me to handle this better, that i am missing?

Please help with a clear explanation. If it is a mistake, please refund the amount
