How to put stop loss and take profit orders after you have executed a trade

Hi.. one option is BO order but somehow the Stop loss and Take Profit becomes multiple quantity orders..

Suppose i have taken a trade.. and the position is open.. Take Profit can be placed with a counter limit order.. How do i place a stop loss order
