How to add Gold and Silver from COMEX to watchlist

Hi,

May I know, how to add below to watchlist ? i.e, near month contract..

Gold COMEX (Feb′26)

SILVER COMEX (Mar'26)

Note: I agree, they are not tradeable on fyers. Can we add it for the purpose of monitoring.
