fyers app and web not working

Today morning I took a trade and right after that, both the charts and option chain stopped working. The entire system got frozen, and I even checked in the Fyers app – but nothing was updating there either. Because of this, I had to blindly exit my position without knowing where the trade was going. Later, when the platform finally started working, I realized I had booked an unnecessary loss only because of Fyers’ technical failure.

And let me say this clearly – this is not the first time it has happened. Such repeated breakdowns during live market hours are not just frustrating, they are dangerous for traders who trust your platform with real money.

So I want to ask openly – is Fyers going to pay for the losses caused due to their system failure? If not, why should any trader continue to risk their capital here?

Honestly, after facing this again and again, I feel it’s time to leave Fyers and shift to a platform that actually works when it matters the most.

The community deserves answers:

  • What caused today’s outage?

  • What steps are being taken to prevent this in future?

  • Will Fyers take accountability and compensate traders?
