As per the attached screenshot, an alert was set for Can Fin Homes at a trigger price of 874.25. However, as seen in the subsequent screenshot, the alert line remained intact even after the price crossed the defined level, and no alert was triggered on either the mobile or desktop terminal.
This is not an isolated incident. Similar issues have been observed multiple times, where alerts fail to trigger despite the set conditions being met for various scripts.
This raises serious concerns regarding the reliability of the alert system, which is critical for trading decisions.
Request you to urgently investigate this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest.
