I am using now a days API 2.0 and fetching OHLC by historic data with 2 sec buffer but i am facing issue of sometime its giving premature candle and sometime its fetching current candle which started means its sometime lagging and sometime faster, i want to know if anything updated in API 3.0 like i am going to get closing as soon as candle get closed ? if so then also would like to know how complex to switch the API version on Python code, if anyone have switched from V2 to V3 please guide....
