I have Bond and mutual fund units in demat form under FYERS account. However, the mutual funds units are not showing in my holdings in FYERS Direct . The Bonds are also not showing under my portfolio in FYERS trading app or platform. It is over a week and month since purchasing both but there is no resolution from FYERS support whatsoever. Is this normal in FYERS and how do investors with FYERS trade if securities and units do not show up in holdings and portfolio and FYERS support does not RESOLVE the issue. I have not started trading in securities as I dread if they do not show in my portfolio I would be trapped badly.
