Why you team not mention in detail narration, while any holding sold the DP charges directly debited with below details..
3 or 4 times, i raised complaint about this, whenever DP charges debited from account, their excess amount got debited. when i raise complaint that entry got removed from your end, and i get the reply from your end all ledger statement are correct reversed the excess amount to a/c.
and their is no proof will find what got errored in statement..
next time will observe. and share with you with Video Proof.. and those video will be go to direct sebi.
