Why was Bracket Order and CO rejected?

Yesterday I got a slippage of 17 rupees in total from two trades. Thus today I wanted to place BO/CO but could not place any of the orders. Can anyone tell me is this normal in Fyers? Because I think I made a mistake by switching to Fyers from Zerodha. (and then there is a wide spread also)
