Hi,
I was having a Stock open intraday position on 21-Sep-22 which I was trying to square off around 3.10 p.m.
Initially, the square off order was not getting placed. It was not giving any error also....I tried refreshing the screen multiple times but the square off order was not placed.
Later I found that the square off SELL order got placed at 3.14 p.m. but it was not getting executed. See the order placed time (there is order number also generated)
I contacted Fyers support team to explain the issue and he informed me that there is some issue at Fyers end and orders are getting stuck.
Finally somehow one Sell order with different Order Id got executed at 3.27 p.m.
However, the order which I placed is still showing in the All orders list. Around 3.15 p.m., the status of the original order was shown as "Placed" but now the status of this non executed order is shown as NULL.
The support executive informed me that my position must have been auto squared off....Now, I am afraid, Fyers will deduct Auto Square off charges from me because of their issues!!! Kindly guide your team that this does not happen!!!

Below are my observations and due to which I have disappointment and irritation many times and I unwillingly have to use other broker platforms...
1. Its good in terms of user interface and Features and thats why people come to Fyers
2. However, its real time performance is painful. Orders are not getting executed in first try.
3. If orders get placed, it does not get executed...If it gets executed, it does not show completed/filled status...People again press the exit option
4. Whenever you re-login, the order execution alarm / alert again rings....Gives an impression that some other order got executed.
5. Many times, people are not able to login on fyers terminal...Today morning I missed one very good option trade (Banknifty) because I was not able to login on Fyers Web platform for 15-20 minuets...
6. I was trying to place a Bear Put Spread basket order in last week..., only PE Buy order got placed but Sell Order Did Not even though I was having enough margin in my account for this Bear Put Spread strategy basket order. Later, I tried to place PE Sell order but it was not getting executed and giving some unrelated error.....I had to exit the PE buy order in loss and use Zerodha platform for placing Bear Put Spread Basket Order....
Kindly take care of these issues or else people will STOP using Fyers and move to some other RELIABLE platform....Real Time reliability is most important than Features and User Friendlyness of the platform...If its performance in Order placement, Order execution is not good, it has direct impact on Customer Profit and Loss!!!
