Is the Fyers customer support team sleeping?

Does support team respond to our issues over email? I have emailed [email protected] for fno segment activation on 27th Sep with ticket #570555 and calling them since then and still my issue is not resolved. I'm tired of listening to the same response "Please give us 24 hrs to fix your issue." Suprisingly, UI shows that segment is actiavted but backend changes are not done yet it seems.
