Fyers One hangs during the log-in process

For the last few weeks I am facing a problem while logging-in to Fyers One Desktop Software

What happens is that after entering the Password and clicking on "Login" button, the software hangs and then I am forced to close the DST.exe application using Ctrl+Alt+Del and then I have to open the software and try to log-in again

One thing I have noticed is that if I disconnect and re-connect my Internet from the "Network and Internet" setting section in Windows then Fyers One connects immediately

But when I try to log-in after I have been connected to the Internet for a while then it keeps hanging and I have to end the DST.exe task using Ctrl+Atl+Del

Please ask your software team to check the scenario I described above

There is definitely some problem with the current version of Fyers One as I have installed Fyers One on a brand new laptop and I keep facing the same problem

Other users are also facing the problem based on the posts in the community page

Note that once I am able to log-in to Fyers One the software works properly. So the problem is only in the log-in process.
