What is the Difference in terms of Delay between fyers.quotes, WebSocket and True Data?

Hi Fyers Team,

Why is there a price difference when we fetch the same price using quotes API Call and using Fyers webSockets? Is it due to the delay in prices? What is the difference in terms of delay/latency of the prices fetched using 1. Quotes API 2. Web Socket and 3. True Data V2.
