Currently, we can plot a spread using the TradingView math syntax (e.g., RELIANCE / NIFTY or NIFTY - BANKNIFTY), but we cannot set a system alert for when that mathematical value crosses a specific threshold.
The Proposed Feature:
Spread Charts: Need spread charts in FYERS
Spread Alert Creation: Allow users to right-click on a generated spread chart and select "Add Alert," just like we do with single instruments.
Value-Based Triggers: The alert should trigger based on the resulting value of the spread equation (e.g., Alert me when
BANKNIFTY / NIFTYcrosses above 2.25).Integration with Standard Alerts: These spread alerts should appear in the standard alert manager and trigger mobile/web push notifications (and ideally, webhooks/emails, as requested in other thread).
Having these alerts on custom spreads would make FYERS a top-tier choice for analytical traders. Please upvote if you agree!
