I am writing to report and seek immediate resolution for two issues I am currently experiencing with your platform:
## 1. Mobile Number Flagged as Invalid:
I recently received an SMS claiming that my mobile number associated with my Demat account has been flagged as invalid according to the Mobile Number Revocation List (MNRL) from CDSL. The message warned that if I do not update my mobile number in the ‘Profile’ section within 30 days, my account may be frozen.
##My Concern:
I have already updated my mobile number a few days back on your platform. So, I am puzzled as to why I am still receiving such notifications. Please clarify:
- Why my recently updated mobile number was flagged as invalid?
- Whether any further action is required from my side.
- What steps you are taking to prevent erroneous or delayed bulk warnings being sent to users who are already compliant.
## 2. Receiving Irrelevant Community Notification Emails:
I am also receiving random emails from FYERS Community, notifying me of new comments made on posts that are NOT mine. These emails are irrelevant, clutter my inbox, and cause confusion.
##My Concern:
- Why am I receiving notifications for posts I have not created or participated in?
- Is there an option to unsubscribe or customize community notification settings?
- Please investigate if there is an issue with your email notification system.
##Request:
I kindly request that you:
- Investigate and resolve why my recently updated mobile number is being flagged as invalid.
- Rectify the issue with community mail notifications so that I only receive relevant updates.
- Confirm once these issues have been resolved or provide a timeline for action.
