Learn how to screen stocks based on technical chart patterns, moving averages, highs and lows and other multiple parameters which can help you refine your trading to a more professional level. Using our EOD Screener, you can filter stocks and save your important time in further analysing trading opportunities present in the stock market. In this post, I will describe the features of our stock screener and how it can help you going forward.

screeners menu

How to Access: Because there are multiple screeners available on Fyers One, we named this one “End of Day Reports”. As the name suggests, it is specific to end of day data only. To access the feature, you need to click on “Tools” from the main menu and select “End of Day Reports” as shown above.

Technical Analysis Parameters: As you can see in the image above, this is the main part about this tool. You can get over 24 different technical analysis screeners to filter stocks. It is especially useful for traders who analyse stocks based on such parameters. I will write more about what each one means in the near future. But in short, each of them help you narrow down on stocks. Once this is done with the click of a button, your job becomes so much more simpler and concentrated on technical analysis of stocks rather than trying to arrive at these lists in the first place. Our trading platform is a pioneering initiative to make traders more efficient in India by using screeners like this one to save time and invest it more productively. With this feature, you bypass all the raw data and manual labour.

Indices & Sectors: As with all other screeners on Fyers One, you can choose all the major indices on NSE and over 18 different sectors listed on the Indian stock market. You can choose from the above 25 screeners for each of these and choose which stocks to trade based on further analysis. It is quite easy to get used to this. Once you get a hang of it, you’ll find yourself in a position where you can be doing productive trades more often than not.

More Features: If you right click on any stock, you can get many options as shown in the image above. I have explained this in different posts before, in short, you get all the information you need about the stock in the right click function.

sir , just when i noticed the difference i called your customer care and requested to take remote control of my pc and see the difference in the chart but your customer executive refused to check it .
on getting refused, i also deleted the snapshot.

    • Tejas Khoday Tejas Khoday says:

Request you to take screenshots from next time. The difference could also be because their platforms are displaying delayed data. If this happens again, let us know.

  • sunny says:

    Dear sir;
I request you to add the following features in FyersOneX (if Possible)-
1>Drawing Saving ->the drawing drawn on the chart to be saved for each scrip; means whenever we switch back to previous scrip it will show the drawing already made for that particular scrip along with indicator.
2>Maximise/Minimize->each chart should show maximise and minimize option so that we can maximise it , spot and mark support and resistance and other drawing AND then switch back to minimized window to track more more than one stock chart in single screen (specially required in multichart workspace 4)
3>Order management by Dragging lines- >pls enable us to manage order by just dragging lines on chart.
4>live MTM/Profit ON the chart itself.
    5>Bracket order And Cover order.
6>Margin blocked to be shown on the main window itself.
7>margin required for each order to be shown on the Buy/sell order box itself.
8>and atlast some graphic improvent specially for indicators.

      4. This too is a good suggestion and will try implementing it.
      5. It might take a little more time.
      6. Hmmm… this one is sensible. Let me look into this.
      7. Might take a while but will put it on priority Sunny.

I see that the stock screeners and options provided under tools dont give any data during weekends and some times during after market hours. Why is it so?

    • Yashas Khoday Yashas Khoday says:

Hi Sudheer, the current day’s data is used for data visualization and analysis. Since we conduct weekly maintenance activity every weekend, the data gets reset and hence its is not available for visualization and analysis. Will find a solution to this soon

thanks sir for clearing my boubt.

tejas sir, did the candlestick pattern found on daily chart is also useful for intraday traders or it is only for positional traders?
and can you pls make a system that can scan intraday chart for candlestick and chart pattern in 5 and 15 min timeframe?

    • Tejas Khoday Tejas Khoday says:

Hi Amit, candlestick patterns on the daily charts are useful to all types of traders in the following ways:
      A. Intraday traders – The previous few candles signal the trading range for intraday. This is important to factor in although intraday traders squareoff positions on the same day. Also, historic daily candles establish the trend and give traders a bias to work on. For instance, If the daily chart pattern is very bullish, then you would want to trade on the long side. You can then use intraday charts to time the markets.
      B. Swing/Positional – Needless to say, daily, weekly and monthly charts are useful to these traders in the order I have mentioned.

Hmmm point noted.. we’ll work on this when we can. Thanks for your suggestion Amit.
