As per the circular dated 6th September 2022, The National Stock Exchange of India has announced that the stock brokers must not associate with any unregulated Algo trading platforms that claim historical returns on strategies. Therefore, in order to prevent acts of mis-selling and protect the interest of investors, we wish to clarify the following points:

1. FYERS is directly or indirectly not associated with any Algo trading platforms that claim past or expected future returns/performance on strategies. 

2. If any platform/fintech using our name and claiming that FYERS is associated or partnered, immediately bring it to our notice so that we will reach out to all these platforms to remove our names from their website.

3. We would like to reiterate that clients must be extremely cautious while dealing with such unregulated platforms offering algorithmic services/strategies.
