The order window on trade.fyers.in does not respect presets. As you can see the preferred order type is set as LIMIT, yet when I open the order window it defaults to MARKET.
And if I check Instant Order Placement in the Trading section of TV settings and try Create new Order using the + button on the right Y-scale, instead of opening the order window I get the pop-up that order was rejected (and it doesn’t show up in the Order list on the Fyers - Orders):
The rejected order issue is solved and the order window opens properly now. Thanks.
Edit: It is not solved. Order is still getting rejected when 'Instant Orders Placement" is checked in the settings.
But if you change the product type from Intraday to Overnight or vice-versa in the order window, the SL, Target, TSL get unchecked and prefilled values get lost. So, for all practical purposes it changes from a Bracket Order to a Limit/Market order. In my view, either the filled values should be left as it is when product types are changed or the preset values should be automatically populated.
