I HAVE JUST STUMBLED UPON THE NEW ' CAS ' CHANGES THAT THE SEBI HAS INTRODUCED . AND I AM QUITE CONFUSED ABOUT IT , CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME IN LAYMEN .
