I have created a Multi Time Frame strategy in the month of May’26 and was not able to proceed further in implementing it and the issues are open and no proper updates inspite of several escalations and follow ups from past 4 months.Can someone respond on this or I should quit exploring Automate at all.
Issue : Using 1/5/15 Mins and checking the conditions of Current Candle on 5 & 15 Mins and the trigger condition is on 1 Min candle
I was told by Support team that the system checks Previous completed candle for Higher TF in my case 5 and 15 Mins and it should not check like that the default should be Current candle even you can check in Chartink or any other scanners
