Is Algo trading possible via chartink webhook feature?

Webhook trading is available. To understand how it works, use APITester.com as given here. You can even test in paper trading version of apibridge at any time of day https://mycoder.pro/apibridge/tradingview/webhook-setup/
However, note that webhook trading required data to be sent in a given format. I am not sure which formats are supported by ChartInk. Suggest you to test APIBridge and get in touch with ChartInk team if you face any issue.
Yes it is possible and you can create your own webhook and or trade accordingly.
