April 1 marked a significant shift for algo traders in India. SEBI's new retail algo trading framework came into effect, and the necessary changes were live on FYERS from day one. The rest of the month we focused on shipping upgrades across automation, options tools, and the platform. Here is everything we launched.
FEATURE UPGRADES
Mobile Scalper: New Upgrades
The Scalper already gives you a full trading terminal on mobile. This month we added four improvements to make it more flexible.
Dual Chart Layout: Switch between single and dual chart layouts for better comparison and decision making.
Minimise Order Window: Minimise the order window to view the full chart without obstruction while trading.
Funds in Account Manager: See your available funds directly from within the account manager.
Option Chain Icon in Strike Selector: Access and switch strikes faster with an option chain icon now available directly in the strike selector.
Automate: New Capabilities
Earlier this month we added Indicator Triggers, bringing your technical analysis directly into your automation workflows. This month we added four more things that make Automate more capable.
TradingView and Chartink Webhooks: Connect either platform to Automate and trigger workflows directly, with dynamic symbol selection in real time. If your signals already come from TradingView or Chartink, your signal generation stays exactly the same while execution runs inside FYERS.
Amount-Based Order Placement: Place orders by investment amount, not just quantity.
MTF Orders: Automate now supports MTF orders, making FYERS the first platform to enable automation with MTF.
Import and Export Automations: If you have built a workflow you want to reuse or share, you can now export it and import it into any FYERS account.
Option Strategy Builder Enhancements
We added four new capabilities to the Option Strategy Builder this month.
Auto-Save Executions: All executed strategies are now automatically saved to your Strategy History for post-trade analysis.
Manual Payoff: Add custom P&L values to your payoff diagrams for personalised scenario planning.
Indicator Templates: Save your favourite technical setups on Combined Charts for instant access.
Edit from Positions Payoff: Go directly from your active positions payoff view into the Strategy Builder for quick adjustments.

What's New on FYERS
We kept hearing the same thing from traders: they would discover a feature weeks after it shipped and wish they had known about it sooner. A tool they would have used, sitting there unnoticed. That is a problem we wanted to fix.
We added a dedicated section on FYERS where you can track everything we ship, as it goes live. New features, upgrades, platform improvements, all in one place.
You can access it on FYERS Web via the menu, on the FYERS App from the menu section, and directly on fyers.in via the announcement icon. You can search for any update and share it with anyone.
ENHANCEMENTS & IMPROVEMENTS
API Updates
For API traders, here is what changed this month.
New SDKs: Official API V3 support now available for C and Go-lang libraries.
Reports API: Order History API and Trade History API now available, letting you fetch historical orders and trades within a specified date range.
Smart Orders and Price Alerts: Extended support across all SDKs including the new C and Go-lang libraries.
Option Greeks in Option Chain API: Greeks and IV values can now be included by setting the greeks flag in the option chain API request payload.
GTT Order Tagging: Support for order tagging during placement, retrieval of tags via the GTT order book, and consistent tag tracking upon execution.
Buy and Sell from Commodity Heatmaps
The Commodity Heatmap gives you a quick visual read on how commodities are moving relative to each other. You could already use it to spot strength and weakness across the segment. Now you can act on it too. Buy and sell orders can be placed directly from the heatmap without switching screens.
Screeners and Symbol Details: Column Sorting
Finding what you are looking for in a long list of results is easier when you can sort by what matters to you. All columns in Screeners and Symbol Details are now sortable, so you can organise results by any metric and get to the right data faster.
Navigate Faster on FYERS Web
You can now open links in new tabs, windows, or split view with a simple right-click. Small change, but if you spend a lot of time navigating across the platform it adds up.

The API p99 is higher this month. SEBI's new retail algo framework introduced additional validation checks on every order, including static IP address validation and a 10 orders per second rate limit. These checks add processing time on each request and the impact is across the industry. We are actively working to optimise this.
